JAMB cut-off Marks for 2024/2025 Admission

Following the discovery that about 15 Private Universities in the country had admitted students with low cut-off marks like 120, 130, the Join Admissions and Matriculation Board had through its Registrar Is-haq Oloyede, pegged the minimum cut-off score for Nigerian Universities at 140, 100 for Polytechnics and College of Education.

The Registrar further hinted that the establishment of a uniform cut-off mark does not mean Educational institutions in the country does not have the authority to set their own minimum requirements as this is only done to avoid institutions from rigging the system against qualified candidates.
